All favorites, lots of songs. Great DVD for a Satriani fan. Video and sound are excellent.
I hope it comes in Blu-ray, of course if the master can be put on Blu-ray and receive a good trancription. I have a blu-ray player and after watch the blu-rays of Jeff Beck, NIN, Queen,etc, I just can say that this DVD of Joe Satriani has bad sound and bad video quality. DVD IS DEAD.Let's Blu-ray, NOW. I have this DVD and look at it over 15 times. It was great. I will buy it.
The smaller venue of the concert itself provides for great stage shots and excellent close-ups. If you are a Satch fan then this is a must have, in my opinion. I have recently become a Satriani fan and really enjoyed this video. Joe's performance is just awesome.
The rythmn section does a great great job delivering some demanding ability as well. Whether you're a new fan or been around for a while, I don't think you'll be disappointed. How he paints himself on his strings is way beyond me, and alot of others I'm sure. He is truly inspiring the way he packs so much emotion in some of his songs. Satriani clearly demonstrates what he's made of. This is a must have for your dvd library. The performance is great,camera work and audio are great as well. He's an unbelievably gifted musician that will leave your jaw on the floor.If you've never been able to see him play,this is for you.If you've never heard him play, this is definitely for you.
This is excellent DVD, its is one of the best live shows with Joe Satriani, it give the true feeling of this remarkable guitar playing legend, its a good mix of music, and even Joe singing was a surpriseIf you have a few hours up your sleave to listen to the two disk in a row, I recommend this DVD, pure guitar pleasureA must for all Joe Satriani fans :-)
